- - - technical consultant at Civil Court of Crema.

He has practised as a dottore commercialista since 1990, focusing on business taxation and companies issue, with special interest in consolidated balance sheets, company organization and restructuring plans.

He is member of the board of directors of very important non profit organizations. He is internal auditor in several companies.
